ASSESSMENT:

Diagnostic Assessment

I can find out whether or not you have a pattern of strengths and weakness that matches dyslexia by directing you through a set of standardized activities. I can also spot signs of other things that crop up with dyslexia e.g. dyspraxia, and I can spot if coloured lenses might be helpful for you. After you have completed the activities I can tell you about your personal pattern of learning strengths and weaknesses and how these compare to other people of the same age. You receive a professional report which tells you whether or not you are dyslexic, explains your individual pattern of strengths and weaknesses, and explains the kind of changes that can be made by school, college, university or workplace which will allow you to better show your potential.

Workplace Needs Assessment

By considering your personal pattern of strengths and weaknesses alongside the day to day demands in your workplace I can assess your workplace needs. I can recommend personal strategies and workplace adjustments which can aid you to better show your potential at work. You will receive a professional report which explains your current difficulties in your work environment and how these might be overcome.
